According to the News on Thursday, May 28 has been officially set as Burberry day in New York City. In order to thank and recognize the contributions that Burberry has been making for New York City, Michael Bloomberg – New York City Mayor announced that May 28 was Burberry Day.
Located at 444 Madison Avenue, Burberry’s new U.S. headquarters covered an area of 68,000 square feet. It was opened in April 2009 and coincided with the design of London global fendi handbag headquarters. Two headquarters was personally designed by the brand’s Creative Director – Christopher Bailey.
